Enter user email and password specific for the brand you need to download assets. Once correct login is given, you'll be taken to the main Media Portal page.

Click on the folder name to see contents of that folder, click on the gray arrow next to name to expand folder.
There are three views for the main asset area - Thumbnail, List and Single Asset.
THUMBNAIL: shows small image and the filename of each asset (see image below)
![]()
LIST: a text-only list of assets in order of name or whatever you decide to "sort" by. To view entire file name, click and drag the right side of the Column "Name" as wide as it needs to be (see image below).

SINGLE ASSET: shows a larger preview image of that single image, along with more detailed image information and a zoom feature that lets you zoom in on the image (see image below).

Each view can be sorted by different variables and lets you adjust how many assets are shown on one page (except the single asset view which just shows one).
Please note, if you had items in the Shopping Cart last time you logged in and didn't clear your cart, they will show again. First "Select All" and then "Remove" them before adding new assets.
When you find the file(s) you'd like to download, you have a couple of options:
- If you're just downloading one file, you can click on the thumbnail/filename in the main area and then click the "Export" button above this area. This will bring up the export panel which is explained in the section below.
- If you are downloading multiple images, you can click-and-drag the image from the main asset viewing area to the right hand column called the Media Cart. You can browse through different folders, collecting whichever assets you would like until you are ready to export them all.
To add multiple items to the Media Cart, just CTRL+click (PC) or Command+click (Mac) on each item you want and then click-and-drag them as a group to the right hand column.

Before we get to exporting, first let's explain all the options you will see when downloading your files. You will see these various options in the export box:
PRESETS: If you see any presets listed, just ignore this and leave as -Not Selected-. Presets are for our internal use only.
CONVERSION: Unless you need an image for print use, leave this as is with "Convert file" selected.
SIZE: Select a listed size or you can enter your own size with "Other". You can also choose to determine size by pixels, inches or centimeters.
FORMAT: Most of our files are available in multiple formats - JPEG, TIFF, PNG and GIF are the ones you will most likely need. Note: to download .pngs or .tiffs with a transparent background, you will need to select PNG-ALPHA or TIFF-ALPHA. PNG and TIFF options will not maintain transparency.
COLOR and RESOLUTION: For in image that will be used on web, select RGB and 72dpi. For an image used in print, select CMYK and 300dpi.
SCHEDULE: Always leave this set to download "Now" to be sure that your export happens with your settings in place.
JOB NAME: This is for your reference, we suggest leaving the time and date in there to help identify which export is yours, but you can also add something specific to the front of the file name such as your shop name or the product and type you're downloading. On the next screen you'll select your job based on this name.

Exporting for print:
To reach this export panel, in the Media Cart on right side of page select all the items you want to export (either click multiple or you can choose the Select dropdown to choose All). Make sure you want all of the selected items to be exported as the same file type, size, resolution, etc. If you have different requirements for different images, you will have to do multiple exports. Click "Export".
This will bring up the Export panel with all the options listed above. Make your selections and then choose "Export" at the bottom of panel.
This will bring up the Downloads box. Media Portal will not allow you to select download or email until the status of your job is complete. Once you see "Complete" next to job, select your export job by the name you gave it. Make sure you click the job and it is highlighted, then either choose "Download" which will open up a Save As box which lets you save the .zip file to your computer, or "Email" will open up an email containing a link to the .zip file, you can send this to whoever needs it for download later.
